Absolutely. A door replacement is a standalone service. If you already have a vapor barrier or plan to add one later, the door is a great standalone first step — or final finishing touch.

We reframe and resize as needed. Tennessee building code requires crawlspace access openings to be at least 18" x 24". If yours is smaller, we'll bring it to code as part of the install.

Typically not for a direct like-for-like replacement. If we're resizing or reframing the opening, we'll advise on local permit requirements for your municipality before starting work.
