After several calls and AI bots, we luckily and fortunately reached Jack, the owner of Crawlspace Experts. How often do you reach the owner when you call a company!? Jack immediately scheduled an appointment and came the next morning to our house in Hendersonville, TN. We knew we needed a lot of help, but Jack educated us on the problems, helped us rank them by priority, and setup a plan of attack that we aligned with. If you need crawlspace help and want it done right, leave the AI bots with the mega companies and give Jack a call.
Our neighbor in Brentwood, TN used Crawlspace Experts for their encapsulation. He actually let me look at his and after seeing it, I wanted mine to look the exact same. After they promised me the same team that did my neighbors (Jack and Toyster), I moved forward with full encapsulation and dehumidifier. Toyster even built me a new crawlspace door! Crawl space experts hit a grand slam when I called and made an appointment I was figuring one of their workers was going to come out get underneath the house give me an estimate which that's what they did but, the person that come out was the owner and I didn't know that at the time but the more we got to talking and when he told me he was one of the owners that right there sold me. How many owners actually goes out to somebody's house and crawls underneath somebody's house or to do really anything he's a blue collar worker just like me he didn't mind getting his hands dirty!!!!!!!! And these guys were half the price of the then the frontier basement tcompany they did not try to upsell me they told me exactly what I needed and nothing else all the price it was upfront and right there nothing was emailed over I knew before they left exactly what everything would be.
